Above, Kawal, the wedge-tailed eagle totem  watches over Country, offering strength, protection and guidance. Together, these symbols recognise the natural world as a source of learning, connection and care.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe flowing waterways depict songlines on country of Black and Pokolbin Creeks, as they feed into the Hunter River. The Brokenback Range, Pokolbin Mountain and Sugarloaf form a strong songline backdrop, flowing across the design and grounding the school within the Country that surrounds it.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTogether, Pathways of Learning honours Traditional Custodians, celebrates community partnerships and reflects the school’s deep connection to local Country.
