Nukang Yapung - Her Path Exhibition

Nukung Yapung - ‘Her Path’ brings together artworks by Saretta Fielding, celebrating this year’s NAIDOC theme ‘Because Of Her We Can’. Highly textured sand medium reflects traditional sandstone engraved sites found upon her traditional lands, the country of the Wonaruah nation of the Hunter Valley.  Artworks share stories and culture close to her heart as a mother, aunt and sister, conveying how she is influenced by people, life experience and natures beauty.
