Community Pathway reflects a journey of leadership of over 28 years for Gordon with Arcadis, highlighting a legacy of building relationships, teamwork and the development of others, through connection and a sense of community.

Central to the design four gathering circles flow across the Canvas, depicting the communities, teams and partnerships developed through Gordons leadership.

The imagery captures Gordons work in Australia and overseas with traditional blue water symbolism, that embraces each of the gathering circles, reflective of his travels and the extent of his global leadership, as a leader who inspired others and built lifelong friendships along the way.   Interwoven throughout the design, people symbols represent valuing people and a focus on clients, while the Elders symbol at the top right of the Artwork is symbolic of loyal and wise leadership that builds friendships, people and community.

The artwork sits on a backdrop of Songlines reflective of country, with the top and bottom engraved message stick imagery shares the miles stones and history of Gordon’s path, depicting the past, present and flowing into an exciting future.
