This sand engraved artwork shares the story of Meg & John and the life experience on country they have enjoyed throughout their lives.

Central to the design a tree flourishes spreading it’s branches outward as a symbol of family and growing together along life’s journey. This imagery sits on a large gathering circle reflective of Meg & John, while connected circles flowing right across the canvas depict the coming together of families and the history and relationship each have to country.

Blues and aqua’s within the design depict the north coast of NSW, with greens highlighting the bush lands of Brewarrina and warm earthy tones reflective of the Wiradjuri people of central NSW. Four people symbols represent past, present and future generations as they weave across the canvas, while the artwork sits on a backdrop of country highlighting our diverse and beautiful country, from the waterways, hills, valleys, mountains and plains.  Together this artwork uniquely shares Meg & John ‘Us Two’

As an artist, I enjoy the creative journey of collaboration experienced when connecting directly with people, to create personalised artwork. I welcome opportunity to create commissioned artworks for individuals, groups or professional organisations.  My goal in accepting commission is for the process to be both gratifying for me, as an artist and pleasurable for those who have decided to integrate my art into their living or working environment.

I invite you to view my past works, current collections and view testimonials to gain an insight into who I am as a person and an artist. Let’s see how we might work together to create a uniquely individual artwork for your home or office.
