This artwork depicts the hunters and gatherers within a tribal system. Oval designs flowing horizontally across the top of the artwork depict the Coolamon (wooden bowls used by women to gather bush tucker), close by we sees smaller dots representing children, who assisted the woman in this task. Two rows of engraved lines represent spears of men. These are broken into two main groups across each line and then into smaller groups, symbolic of hunting formations used to ensure the effectiveness of the hunt.
