Sand Stories - Yamuloong – Coming Together

Collectable Limited Edition artworks are created using an earth, clay and sand medium. Each piece is hand crafted, painted and kiln fired producing a rich and vibrant bespoke art piece depicting traditional highly texture sand drawing connected to Aboriginal sites of Australia.

Each piece is totally unique and an original, hand-crafted and painted and comes with its related story presented as a numbered and signed authenticity certificate.

There are only six designs with 30 pieces in each series.

Additional solid teak frames are also available.

Story:

This artwork is the story of a marriage between different tribal clan or family groups.  Vertical and horizontal lines or pathways meet up as the newlyweds and their families unite as one family around the couple.  A large gathering circle symbolizes the get-together for the married ceremony and feast.
